This villa in Art Nouveau style, connected to the avendi Hotel, is an intriguing contrast to the hotel. The rooms have been restored with great care. Today, it accommodates 6 seminar rooms with elegant furnishings (5 - 30 persons) for exquisite meetings in a pleasant atmosphere.
